Service Description

This full-spectrum midwifery package provides continuous, relationship-based care from early pregnancy through the fourth trimester. Your care is personalized, holistic, and evidence-informed, centered on safety, informed consent, and your unique birth goals. Prenatal Care: Includes up to 10–12 visits with comprehensive health assessments, ongoing risk screening, fetal monitoring, nutrition and herbal guidance, birth preparation education, body positioning support, and creation of your individualized birth plan. You receive direct access to your midwife for questions, concerns, and guidance throughout pregnancy, along with coordination with other providers when desired. Birth Care: Your midwife is on-call for you 24/7 from 37–42 weeks. Labor support includes continuous monitoring of you and your baby, hands-on comfort measures, guidance through physiological labor and pushing, support for delayed cord clamping, immediate newborn assessment, breastfeeding support, and management of the placenta. If a hospital transfer becomes necessary, your midwife will help you navigate decisions and support continuity of care. Postpartum Care (6–8 weeks): Includes 3–5 home or office visits to assess maternal recovery, uterine healing, bleeding, blood pressure, mental health, and newborn growth. You receive breastfeeding support, infant feeding guidance, postpartum nutrition care, and emotional support as your family transitions into the fourth trimester, with continued phone/text access to your midwife. This package is ideal for families seeking holistic, low-intervention, culturally affirming, and personalized midwifery care with consistent support from pregnancy through postpartum.
